Essential details for your visit

For anyone planning their first visit to Fatts Brass Golf Course, it's important to know that FBGC is a small, relaxed walking course, perfect for beginners, families, youth, and casual golfers. We currently offer a 9-hole walking course, designed for an easygoing, low-pressure experience. Most rounds can be played fairly quickly, depending on your group size and experience level.

As a walking course, we encourage players to bring comfortable footwear for walking between holes. Golfers should also bring their own clubs, balls, tees, water, and anything else they might need for their round. Since our course is family-run and continuously being improved, we kindly ask all visitors to respect the land, the greens, the tee areas, and the hard work that goes into maintaining them. Please remember to clean up after yourself, watch your shots, and be considerate of other players on the course. Special rules may be posted for tournaments or group events.

Course Information

Fatts Brass Golf Course is a 9-hole, Par 33 walking course designed to offer a scenic, relaxed, and challenging round for golfers of all skill levels.

Course Design

Fatts Brass Golf Course features narrow fairways, tight greens, natural elevation changes, and strategically designed out-of-bounds areas. The course rewards accuracy, patience, creativity, and smart course management.

Four holes are played across the Coulee, while three holes run along the hillside, creating different angles, lies, and shot-making challenges throughout the round. The layout also includes a long dogleg Par 4 that requires careful planning from the tee to the green.

The out-of-bounds areas are designed to add an extra level of difficulty and encourage good golf habits. Players must consider their position, shot selection, accuracy, and level of risk before every swing.

The course can reward golfers who successfully attempt excellent, well-planned chance shots, but it can also punish players who play too aggressively. Knowing when to attack and when to play safely is an important part of scoring well at Fatts Brass Golf Course.

Signature Hole 2

Our picturesque signature Hole 2 sits in the valley and is guarded by two front greenside bunkers.

Golfers have a few different ways to play their second shot. They can take the aggressive route and hit a high flop shot over the bunkers toward the pin, play a controlled bump-and-run around the bunkers, or carefully send the ball through the opening between them.

Each option presents a different level of risk and reward, making Hole 2 a memorable test of accuracy, confidence, creativity, and course planning.

Whether you are a beginner learning the game, a family enjoying time together, or an experienced golfer looking for a unique challenge, Fatts Brass Golf Course offers a welcoming atmosphere where smart golf and creative shot-making are rewarded.
